If you use marzipan, as stated in the recipe, or sugar paste, the result is still outstanding. It is true, I know what you’re thinking, it will be a little too caloric, but who says that you can’t use these fabulous desserts, as ideas to give away to a gourmand friend, and why not, to your child’s teacher, who will appreciate the idea, creative and tasty.
- 1 box of ready marzipan (natural coloured)
- 1 box of red and orange marzipan
- black chocolate drops
- icing sugar
- brown food colouring
Roll the marzipan into balls and put them in icing sugar: the balls, of course, should have 3 different sizes, from one another. Join, then, the balls made with a toothpick. With the red marzipan, model the snowman’s hat and scarf, and with the orange one shape the nose (it must look like a carrot). Complete eyes, mouth and buttons with the chocolate drops, while with the toothpick that you previously dyed with brown food colouring you will achieve the arms. Instead of marzipan you can also use sugar paste.Read Also
